The primary responsibility of this post is to delight our customers by providing world-class service
and excellence each passing day. Assist with loading, unloading and proper storage of goods
and assist in ensuring specific departments are adequately and accurately stocked.

KEY FUNCTIONS
• Provide service excellence.
• Assist customers and generate additional sales.
• Assist with loading, unloading and proper storage of goods.
• Assist with inventory management.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum requirement of a Secondary School Leaving Certificate.
• Five CXC passes at General proficiency level including Mathematics and English Language would be an asset.
• Good physical condition, stamina and strength required.

OTHER KEY SKILLS
• Ability to work independently while performing required tasks.
• Ability to demonstrate tact and courtesy, communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work with other employees and assist in lifting and carrying merchandise/boxes.
• Ability to work within a customer service environment.
• Must be able to tolerate dusty conditions.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to get individual and group tasks completed efficiently and on a timely basis.
