Home Depot is seeking to hire a high-energy, results-oriented and an inspirational Senior Warehouse Supervisor. KEY FUNCTIONS
• Successfully drive and deliver excellent customer service internally and externally.
• Supervise and coordinate employees and warehouse activities.
• Management of inventory, ensuring stock is available and accounted for
• Coordinate the order fulfillment activities and make for delivery in a timely manner.
• Coordinate the offloading of good from containers and break-bulk cargo.
• Ensure the security of stock against pilferage.
• Ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures
• Manage and maintain the health and safety requirements.
• Coordinate and prepare for stock take.
• Participate in the recruitment, selection, training, and development of staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field
• Must have functioned in a Senior Supervisory role with a minimum of two (2) years, preferably in a retail or warehousing environment.

• Ability to design systems of monitoring and control activities.
• Ability to set and execute department and organizational goals
• Ability to organize and direct shipment, receipt, storage, distribution and record keeping program for warehouse operations
• Ability to get individual and group tasks completed efficiently and on a timely basis
